Sometimes it only takes one opportunity, if you are paying attention...  This is the reason that I always have a camera with me.  Saw this lady today while I was leaving a vendor in Dallas.  Had to circle the block three times to get the shot.  Rolled down my window, stopped the vehicle, showed her my camera (didn't want her to think this was some sort of drive-by with a gun), snapped the picture, waved and drove off.
